Twitter Updates for 2008-06-30
- The patriotic concert was alright, but not enough sing-alongs. Apparently it was great the first year, but they keep changing it. : ( #
- Picking apart our website in preparation for a major overhaul. It’s wearing me out! #
- Bought an ebook: http://tinyurl.com/6dpaoe
It’s chock-full of good advice! What does chock-full mean, anyway? anyone? # - AC guys are here, hard at work already. I cranked the thermostat down to 75 before they started so we’d have a chance of not roasting alive. #
- Did I mention we’re getting a new AC unit today? My last tweet makes more sense if you know that…. #
- New AC is running, but I’m not sure how: I didn’t think they’d finished installing the condenser outside yet. Maybe I missed something…. #
- Clint and kids are home from swim lessons, I’m done with lunch, baby is sleeping: time to head to gym for training. On a full belly. groan.. #
- New AC is in and working! I’m back from the gym, predictably exhausted. Clint is mapping our OH trip to figure out hotels. We NEED a suite! #
- Back from picking up Clint’s credit card: I left it at the movie theatre on Saturday - I hate it when I do that! #
- Looking for a hotel to stay in on our way to Ohio for my 20yr reunion; not leaving for 9 days, but we want to choose our hotels in advance. #

Thanks for the BDay wishes! Wish ya’ll could be here, too! We had a glorious day yesterday–ended up going to the beach–Oh! how we love the beach!!! Found lots of driftwood but not so many seashells. Also hit a new thrift store in Portland–found some fun stuff! Glad you got your AC in–I still have to pinch myself to realize that we don’t need AC in the summer time! Still hard for me to grasp!!! If suites prove hard to come by, we sleep 3 crosswise on a double-bed and bring a port-a-crib (most hotels can provide these, too)….we all seem to fit!! : )
